spectacular views. After a day's sightseeing you can relax in the charming garden or visit one of the numerous characteristic bars and restaurants on your
doorstep. It is the perfect place from which to enjoy the busy Venetian experience, yet escape to the calm of where true Venetians live.
The 80m2 apartment offers excellent wi-fi connection, underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer and TV. The eat-in kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes/cultery, kitchen utensils,
coffee makers, toaster and kettle.
The 70m2 garden is beautifully planted and a pergola provides shade in the heat of the day. The garden table and chairs are perfect for outdoor dining for
up to 8 people.
The apartment is located in a strategic position, just a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia, the train station. It is near the vaporetto stops
of "Santa Marta" and "San Basilio" with links to popular tourist destinations such as San Marco, Cannaregio, Giardini (Biennale), Giudecca, Murano and Lido.
It is possible to take a taxi from Marco Polo airport directly to within 5 minutes level walk of the apartment - usefull if you have suitcases.
You will find conveniently located shops, supermarkets and two farmers' market for all your daily needs.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at
the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.
