where for 6 months every year is hosted the main part of the Exhibition of the Biennale Visual Arts or Architecture.
Immersed in a residential but still characteristic area, you can reach St. Mark's Square in 20 minutes through a picturesque walk along Riva degli Schiavoni.
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or group of friends. The bright living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower
and two bedrooms, one double and a loft with two single beds, is perfect to give you all the space and privacy you need during your stay, after a long day
around. Refined and classy, the apartment has every comfort you might need such as air conditioning for the hottest evenings, independent heating, TV, wi-fi internet access, hair dryer, iron and an equipped kitchen.
Nearby you can find some typical taverns and wine bars, which will lead you on a culinary journey. If you prefer a quieter evening in the intimacy of your home you will find a supermarket just 200m away.
In 2 minutes walk you can reach the stop of the vaporetto "Giardini" which will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo International Airport and other beautiful places such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beautiful Lido Island where you can find a sandy beach, excellent solution for the summer days.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at
the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
