Description
Located in Tignale (Olzano), in an absolutely panoramic position at ca. 7 km from the lake. Villa Pineta is tastefully furnished and offers every comfort. Arranged on two floors; it is just a few minutes from the centre where there are shops, restaurants and pizzerias. From the balcony and the garden, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Ideal for large families or companies looking for a relaxing holiday. At approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the visitor centre.
The Villa is approx. 150 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 10 people. First Floor: Kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balcony and large terrace with barbecue and fantastic lake view. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 large bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of a double bed), 1 bathroom and garden with lake view.
Comforts include a kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, German coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, satellite TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, three parking spaces.
Towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5 per person.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:
• Guided hikes
• Nordic walking
• Free shuttle bus to and from the beach every day from April to October
• Free entry to the public swimming pool in Prabione - from June to August
• Discount in Restaurants, Cafés, etc.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Pineta sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier.
Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.
Im Garten konnten die Kinder ungestört spielen.
Das Ferienhaus haben wir sauber und aufgeräumt vorgefunden.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Pineta sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Im Garten konnten die Kinder ungestört spielen. Das Ferienhaus haben wir sauber und aufgeräumt vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, trübt aber nicht den positiven Gesamteindruck des Hauses. Trägt eher zum Charme des Objektes bei. Die Garage haben wir lediglich zum abstellen der E-MTB´s genutzt. Die Auffahrt zum Haus hat anfangs eine sehr steile Kurve. Mit etwas tieferen PKW besser nicht nicht benutzen. Kann kritisch werden!! Wenige Meter weiter ist ein Parkplatz, also kein Problem. Bis zum Supermarkt und ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Kurz, ein Haus für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub im schönen Ort Tignale. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. |

Wir waren oft in Italien aber so ein Anblick und Aussicht hatten wir noch nie.
Insgesamt waren wir mit 7 Personen /ein Kleinkind und 2 Hunden vor Ort.
Der Ort und Umgebung ist wirklich etwas für Personen die sich einfach mal vom Alltag (Stress) erhsee more

Insgesamt waren wir mit 7 Personen /ein Kleinkind und 2 Hunden vor Ort. Der Ort und Umgebung ist wirklich etwas für Personen die sich einfach mal vom Alltag (Stress) erholen möchten. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung sind wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 6,5km obenliegend (Berg) vom Strand und Umgehungsstraße entfernt. Strand haben wir in Gargnano aufgesucht. Bitte Schwimmschuhe mitnehmen. Unsere Ziele waren, Riva del Garda, Toscolano, Gardaland, Aquapark in Lazise, Verona und Venedig. Aber selbst im Ort gibt es ca. 2km Entfernung ein Freibad. Eine Kirche mit steilen Aufstieg /Fahrt. Ganz besonders möchte ich mich bei Frau Tononi für die freundliche und hilfsbereite Unterstützung bedanken. |
