The area is really strategic. In fact, in 5 minutes you can walk to Piazzale Roma and the railway station and, at the same time, you can reach Campo Santa
Margherita, famous for aperitifs and nightlife. 600m away there is the area of Campo dei Frari with its imposing Basilica and the Scuola Grande San Rocco.
To reach San Marco you can take a 20-minute walk, crossing the famous Ponte dell'Accademia, or you can take a water bus, just steps away.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
