Description
The apartment "Eagle" is in a privileged and quiet position, immersed in the "Golf Bogliaco" in a very refined structure. It is newly built and furnished with excellent taste and equipped with all comforts. Our guests have at their disposal a large terrace and a beautiful swimming pool as well as the possibility of playing golf on request. In a few minutes you can reach the centres of Gargnano and Toscolano Maderno where there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and the doctor and the beautiful beaches of the "Lido" and the "Fontanelle" in fine sand.
The apartment is a three-room apartment of approx. 100 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a terrace. Comforts include induction cooker with aspirator, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, German coffee machine, toaster, mixer, moka, kettle, dishwasher detergent, dishcloths, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, furnished terrace and a carport.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Toilet paper, washing-up liquid, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.
Sport and health: max 15 km: communal swimming pool, tennis at 3 km, mountain-bike, E-bike, excursions, Nordic-walking, sailing, kitesurfing and surfing at 16 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf at Bogliaco Golf.

Das Büro am Ankunftstag sollte eigentlich besetzt sein zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr. Wir waren pünktlich da, haben aber nur einen Zettel und den Schlüssel im Briefkasten vorgefunden. Eine Wegbeschreibung von der Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Den Weg zursee more

Eine Wegbeschreibung von der Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Den Weg zur Wohnung mussten wir alleine erkunden, was nicht sehr einfach war. In der Wohnung mussten wir erst die Heizung anstellen, ansonsten hätten wir kein warmes Wasser gehabt. DenRouter mussten wir auch erst suchen und anschalten, sonst kein W-LAN. Insgesamt könnte die Betreuung und auch der Service verbessert werden.
