Description
Enchanting rustic finely renovated in the historic centre of Prabione, with a charming garden, approx. 7 km from the lake "Casa Lina" has 2 apartments, furnished with new and tasteful furniture. From the balconies you can enjoy the view of Monte Baldo. At 200 m there is the municipal swimming pool, the visitor centre and two restaurants. In a few minutes you reach the centre of Gardola where there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a doctor.
The apartment is a three-room apartment on the second floor of approx. 60 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and balcony. Comforts include satellite TV, kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), German coffee maker, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board, dish towel, detergent and dish sponges. A parking space, furnished garden, wi-fi and ping-pong table.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 200 m away, tennis court 1 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

• Nordic walking
• Free shuttle bus to and from the beach every day from April to October

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ein großes Schlafzimmer und drittes Zimmer mit zwei Betten laden ein, auch mit vier Personen genügend Platz zu haben - sollte das Wetter auch mal schlecht sein. Der Balkon ist geräumig und überdasee more

Ein großes Schlafzimmer und drittes Zimmer mit zwei Betten laden ein, auch mit vier Personen genügend Platz zu haben - sollte das Wetter auch mal schlecht sein. Der Balkon ist geräumig und überdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen die schöne Aussicht genießen kann. Die Vermieter sind überaus nett , zugänglich und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere zwei kleinen Hunde wurden akzeptiert. Wir würden diese schöne Ferienwohnung sofort wieder mieten.
