Description
The apartment Lucia is located in Tignale (Prabione), in a panoramic and quiet position approx. 7 km from the lake. Renovated in 2023, it is furnished with attention to detail and with furniture that mixes between the modern and the ancient. From the large balcony you can enjoy a spectacular view over the roofs of the historic center and Monte Baldo.
A few steps away are a new children's playground and the municipal swimming pool, free for our customers from mid-June to the end of August, the Alto Garda Park Visitor Center where you can admire the history of Lake Garda, a restaurant and a bar with attached shop.
The apartment is on the first floor and is a two-room apartment of approximately 55 m2 which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside we find a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony.
The comforts of the apartment include the kitchen with 4 induction burners and extractor fan, microwave, German coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi and uncovered parking space.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Sport and health: outdoor swimming pool at 200 m, tennis court at 1 km, mountain bikes (possibility to rent at the Ferrero Tabaccheria), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which allow them to receive various discounts, for example:

• Nordic walking
• Free shuttle service to and from the beach every day from April to October
• Free entrance to the public swimming pool of Prabione - from June to August
