The apartment "Alba" is located in the hamlet of Aer (Tignale), in a central position and with a beautiful view of Monte Baldo and Lake Garda with the small church of San Bernardo a few steps away, about 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of a charming rustic house, renovated trying not to take away that taste of lived life, typical of the houses in the historic centre. Furnished with refined details in a contemporary style that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. It has every comfort to make your holiday easy and gives you the opportunity to relax immersed in the typical life of the locals. At approx. 1 km away is the center of Gardola, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. At approx. 2 km from the municipal swimming pool and the Parco Alto Garda Visitor Center and the fun "Flying frogs" adventure park. A few minutes by car or by transfer (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped "Pra' dela Fam" beach.

The apartment is a two-room apartment on the first floor of approx. 50 sqms and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and large bathroom with shower.
The comforts include the kitchen (4 induction burners and extractor), oven, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, German coffee machine, clothesline, phon. In the apartment there is also wifi, heating and air conditioning (both for a fee), furnished garden shared with another apartment with deckchairs and table and private parking space.

Sport and health: outdoor pool in 2 km away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
