Description: The Apartment "Tatiana" is located in a quiet location, surrounded by a large olive grove and it is only approximately 3 km from the Lake. Also if  it is only a one-room apartment, it is quite spacious and to the apartments belong also  acommunity pool, in the middle of an olive grove, that invites guests to have relax .In a few minutes by car you can arrive to the seaside resort of Le Fontanelle in Gargnano
 
Typology: One (ca.30Qm) for max. 3 People .The apartment has: living room with double sofa bed, and the possibility of providing a 3rd Bed, a kitchenette with a stove and German Kafemaschine, large bathroom with shower, terrace, garden, community swimming pool, barbecue and car parking. There is no heating.
 
Sports and Fitness: outdoor swimming pool, mountain-bike directly from the apartment, on the sea: surfing and sailing. 

 
The price includes: water, gas, parking and cot for children up to 3 years, a swimming pool 

Not included in price: bed linen € 8.00 per person, towels 5.00 € / person, tennis, Edreinigung 35.00 €
