Description: house in the typical lake style, consisting of four apartments. Each apartment  was built with great attention to detail .All the apartments have satellite TV, German coffee machine, toaster and, of course, a complete Kitchen.In 300 meters you can arrive to reach the beach "Le Fontanelle "(approx. 150m), and the village where are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and the doctor's office.
 
Vinessa Typology: Two-room apartment (ca.50m2) for 2-4 persons: Ground floor: living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed and a patio. First floor: bedroom, bathroom with shower.
 
Comfort, kitchen (4 hotplates and hood), oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, a car parking space.
 
Bathroom and sanitary: bidet, toilet, shower
 
The price includes: electricity, gas, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, cot for children up to 3 years, 1 car space per apartment, a small welcome gift.

Not included in price: € 50,00 cleaning, heating € 10,00 per day, € 150.00 deposit, change of linen € 15.00 per person.
 
Leisure activities: Tennis 1 km away, mountain biking, Nordic walking, cycling and hiking straight from the apartment, fishing, surfing, surf, kite surfing, sailing, sailing school, diving (500 m), golf (golf Bogliaco 2 km), Leisure (Gardaland 45 km) fitness, shopping.
