Residence Erika is 6 km. from Lake Garda (western side) and 1 km. from the centre of Tignale and is really heavenly peaceful.   Lying comfortably in the sun beside the swimming pool you have a superb view, as you do from almost all the apartments. The complex, managed personally by the owners, offers many services to help make this an unforgettable holiday, such as breakfast, a children’s play area and an attractive bar.

Description:  The complex was built in 1998 amongst beautiful olive groves. It has a swimming pool (about 15 x 6 m.), with deck chairs and umbrellas (included in the price) and there is a small children’s play area and a table-tennis table, private parking and  garage on request. The apartments are tastefully furnished, and have satellite TV, telephone, safe, central heating, living-room with kitchen area (cooking hob with 4 rings, cooker hood, filtered coffee machine), toilet, shower, balcony or terrace with lake view.

Sport and health: open-air swimming pool, tennis courts 300 metres away, walking and mountain bike excursions directly from the complex, sailing, windsurfing.
