Description: The apartment is in Oldesio, a hamlet of Tignale in a beautiful position, about 5 km from the lake.The rustico is complete renovated and it has two big apartment, the both well equipped. From the both apartmens you can have a beautiful view over the lake and the Monte Baldo. The clients can use a nice area with gazebo and barbecue. About 20m away there is a restaurant, in 300 m there is a pizzeria and in 2 km you can find the public swimming pool, the "visitor centre". In few minutes you can arrive to the centre of Gardola, where there are restaurants, pizzerie, the pharmacy and the doctor

Typ A- Mimosa: it is about 75 sq.m., for 2-5 people. Living-room with kitchen area, bathroom and double bedroom. With an inside step you can arrive upstairs, where there are one double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. There is the possibility to have a third bed.

Typ B-I Fiori: it is about 75 sq.m., for 2-4 people. Living room with kitchen area, dinig area, bathroom. With an inside step you can arrive upstairs, where there are two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.

Sport and healty: swimming pool in 1 km., tennis court in 1 km., Mountain bike directly from the house, sail and surf at the "Porto of Tignale", in 4 km.
